Delete your account
Deleting your account erases your detective name, your solved cases, your coins, your purchased forensic analyses and your place in the ranking, with no way to recover them. A new account starts from scratch, even if you sign in with the same email. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in the store (Google Play or App Store). Access ends immediately and the data is permanently erased within 30 days.
